Brett Eldredge Sharing Holiday Cheer Nationwide With Multiple ‘Mr. Christmas’ Tv Performances

For some artists, a holiday album is little more than an afterthought. But not Platinum-selling recording artist Brett Eldredge, whose brand-new album Mr. Christmas is out now (listen here). To celebrate, Eldredge has been sharing good tidings with TV viewers far and wide since its release and has even more sparkling performances in store.

Eldredge will stop by the Ed Sullivan theater next Monday (12/13) for a performance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert before waking up bright and early on Monday (12/20) for Good Morning America. Fans can also tune in on Christmas morning for one more musical gift as Eldredge joins the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Parade star-studded lineup. Earlier this month, Eldredge joined Kelly Clarkson’s When Christmas Comes Along holiday special for a performance of their chart-topping duet, “Under The Mistletoe,” following appearances on The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration and CMA Country Christmas in November.

Eldredge believes that Christmas songs capture the light in all of us, letting it shine for a few months each winter, and with Mr. Christmas he embraces a calling to help bring that light out like never before. “I really think some of the last of the magic left in this world is in Christmas music,” Eldredge says. “There’s a lot of joy in this record – even more than the first in some ways – and I wanted to tip a hat to where I started … but also take it to the soulful side of my music. The world is the world, and life comes at you like it does, but I hope you find some joy in this music. I hope it softens life a little bit and puts a smile on someone’s face when they need it. If it does, I’ve done my job.”

With four acclaimed studio albums, six number one singles and awards from the Country Music Association, ASCAP, BMI and more, the Illinois native may not seem like the type to feel pulled in by a Christmastime calling – but it fits like a perfectly tailored tux. Mr. Christmasfeatures 11 warm, inviting tunes steeped in the magic Eldredge has long admired.

Eldredge is out on the road now for the return of his beloved Glow LIVE holiday tour. A feel-good annual tradition for many, the tour has made multiple stops for capacity crowds in major cities across the country, including back-to-back sold-out nights at Nashville’s legendary Ryman Auditorium. The Platinum-selling artist will bring the show to New York City this weekend before wrapping up in his home state of Illinois for two magical nights at The Chicago Theatre (for a full list of dates, visit bretteldredge.com).
